So for the preparation I asked my husband to chance our fireplace mantles because I wanted to make it more elegant and I have a new idea designing my house for the season. As early as this month I started putting decoration in the house for the holiday season. I already look at the images of new mantel in the internet and already chooses the right one that I will put on my fireplace.

This year it will be a very memorable and unforgettable seasob because last year my husband is abroad and every occassion he is not present but now this year. Finally he’s home and the kids where excited to celerate the season with him.

I just had an opportunity to visit one of my friends who is living in a temporary home. She needed a corporate apartment Richmond solution, so she picked a grand company called Dabney Properties. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a temporary housing company this perfect since I will need a temporary home in Richmond myself in the coming weeks. The first thing I noticed about my friend’s townhome was that it was furnished to the brim. It had all the normal amenities you would expect in a fully furnished place, but I never expected the amenities to be as beautiful as they were. The kitchen was much larger than I expected, and the floors were made of high quality hardwood. The fireplace was fully furnished, the backyard was surrounded by a fence, and there was a very sizable outdoor deck. Very impressive. My friend told me that the corporate apartments over there are leased on a short-term basis and are generally being rented out by business executives who are being transferred and require temporary living space until they find a more permanent piece of property. Business executives might also rent the space if they are on a temporary assignment at a location away from where they usually work, so my friend runs into a lot of business executives when she uses the workout facilities and the pool that Dabney Properties offers. She also said she met some new friends and acquaintances at the club house. Overall, she told me that she was having a very enjoyable experience and is almost sad about having to leave soon. But it does give me something to look forward to when I lease from them in the coming weeks.

I was walking along the street going to school. When I saw a house a new house just around the corner. I really don’t like looking at house and admiring. I just saw houses because the house is there. But with this new house I admire their  window headers that looks very beautiful in the combination of the color of the house and it’s design. It is the first time that I admire a house. That’s made me thought of if I am going to have a house of my own I will be adding this kind of design to make my house  more attractive to my love ones and to visitor.

I really love my kitchen because from the morning I woke up this is where I spent more time than in the bathroom. After taking a little time to shower I immediately go to my kitchen to start making some breakfast. I am thankful that my kitchen cabinet are well organized that I don’t’ take time to look for stuff. If where did I place the can goods and the kitchen utensils. Having my kitchen organized makes my work at the kitchen easier and make me save time. Unlike before that I don’t have cabinet in the kitchen all of the goods where on the refrigerator and there things that are unorganize. Even I always organized the things around the kitchen still it is really big  different having cabinet and the kitchen. In this way i can put things on the right place with the things where they belong.

Whenever this holiday season comes it always reminds of the reunion parties of my family. Evey year we visit to my grandmother’s place where she always wanted the party to be held. Even after the party relatives will asked to visit a beautiful place near her house to continue the celebration and to have a  different location. Still the party will start one night in my grandmother’s house. And my favorite place in her house is where her fireplace with fireplace mantel is located. My cousin’s and I really love looking at the fire at night while telling stories to each other and looking at the design of my  grandmother’s fireplace. It made us relax and the design fit the rooms design. It was my sister who design that room after she graduated in her Architectural course. She wanted to express her knowledge to our relatives in this way where they will always remember her.

I wanted to rearrange my house, and do the cleaning while rearranging it. And its been three months since I haven’t done general cleaning. Of course I clean the house but not all the corners of the house and detail place of the house.

I will begin in cleaning the Rugs while cleaning the house the Area Rugs is already hung and drying from the sun. So that after I clean the house I can put it in the right place. Even my house is very small i like putting rugs in every places. Not just to make my house look neat but to make it look elegant without spending much money on buying furniture’s.

I order rugs on their site and choose among the products on their website. Even I am not going to buy a rugs I still visit their site and plan if what will be the next rugs that I will buy. My children even asked me why I always visit their site. I just told them I enjoy looking at their rugs.
